Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy your house. A price we discuss, and every example on this site, including the cash offer vs. listing comparison, is an illustration, not an appraisal or an offer. Only a written purchase agreement signed by you and us binds either of us.

Who we are

We buy houses for our own account as real estate investors. We are not real estate agents or brokers, attorneys or tax advisers, and we don't represent you in a sale. You're welcome to have an attorney or agent review anything before you sign.
